Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nexlogo Studio. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the logo workflow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party rights.

2. Logo briefs and submitted content

You are responsible for business names, slogans, descriptions, images, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use that material and that it does not violate law, confidentiality duties, privacy rights, or intellectual-property rights. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data.

3. Concepts, customization, and exports

The service creates editable logo directions from the information you provide. Results may require review and refinement, and visually related ideas may exist elsewhere. You are responsible for checking spelling, readability, cultural suitability, file quality, and the final design before publishing or delivering it to a client.

4. Plans, credits, and renewals

New free accounts receive four lifetime concept credits, which do not reset. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. The price, monthly credit allowance, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. One credit creates one new logo concept; editing an existing concept does not use another credit. Paid credits reset after a verified successful renewal and do not roll over unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through the hosted checkout provider shown at purchase. Nexlogo Studiodoes not intentionally receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment-provider terms, tax rules, exchange rates, and bank charges may also apply. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy.

6. Commercial use and client work

Commercial-use rights apply only as described on the selected plan and the licensing page. You may use eligible exports for your own business or authorized client work, but you may not resell access to the service, redistribute source assets as a stock library, or imply that a concept is legally exclusive without an appropriate clearance process.

7. Trademark and availability checks

Nexlogo Studio does not guarantee that a business name, symbol, wordmark, domain, social handle, or logo is unique, registrable, available, or non-infringing. Search relevant company and trademark records and obtain professional advice when the commercial stakes justify it.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate others, knowingly copy protected branding, deceive customers, create unlawful material, bypass usage limits, interfere with service operation, probe protected systems, distribute malware, or violate another person's rights.

9. Service providers and availability

Hosting, authentication, storage, email, generation, analytics, advertising, and payment services may be provided by third parties. Features may be updated, replaced, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. Keep independent copies of important exported files.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, legal clearance, exclusivity, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nexlogo Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or lost data. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms when the service, plans, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date or an appropriate notice. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
