Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This policy explains how Nexlogo Studio processes information when you browse the website, create logo concepts, use an account, sign in with a Google account picture, purchase a plan, or contact support.
Information you provide
We may process your name, email address, Google account picture, business name, industry, style, brand description, slogan, customization choices, billing contact details, and support messages. Do not place confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in a logo brief.
Account authentication and Google account pictures
Firebase Authentication processes account identifiers, sign-in state, email verification, password-reset requests, and Google sign-in information when selected. A Google profile picture may be displayed directly from the Google account used to sign in; email/password accounts use a generated first-letter avatar. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not available to Nexlogo Studio in readable form.
Logo creation data
Brand details and concept instructions may be sent to automated design providers to produce requested results. Those providers may process requests under their own terms and privacy policies. Concept identifiers, settings, and current credit counters may also be stored in your browser to keep the local workspace responsive.
Payments and billing
Billing contact information may be passed to the configured hosted-checkout provider when you continue to payment. Complete card details are intended to be entered directly in the provider's secure checkout and are not intentionally stored by Nexlogo Studio. We may retain order identifiers, plan status, invoices, tax information, and limited transaction metadata needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Contact messages
Messages submitted through the contact form are sent to the support inbox and may include your name, email address, selected topic, message, and basic anti-abuse information. We use that information to respond and maintain support records.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential storage may remember theme preferences, reduced-motion settings, creation defaults, locally saved concept identifiers, credits, and session state. Analytics or advertising services may use cookies or comparable technologies when enabled. Consent controls should be presented where required by applicable law.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the logo workflow, authenticate users, show account and plan status, deliver exports, process payments, send transactional messages, respond to support, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Retention and deletion
Browser data remains until you clear it or the browser removes it. Account, profile, billing, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. You may request account or data deletion through the contact page.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices
You can update your display name, change the picture associated with your Google account at Google, and adjust workspace preferences on the settings page, clear local site data, control browser cookies, reset your password, sign out, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will revise the date shown above.
